Great Basin/Transmontane

The great basin region includes Nevada, Utah, Western Colorado and Wyoming, Idaho, Eastern Oregon, and some parts of Eastern California. This area was home to the Paiute, Ute, Shoshone, Nez Perce, and other cultures. Common art forms include beadwork, parfleche, and horse regalia.
